Short summary
This article integrates an understanding of justice in international transport and mobility research into German accessibility concepts and applies it to rural areas. In this way, a theoretical and conceptual foundation is developed that can be linked to the central principles of regional planning in Germany, namely public services (“Daseinsvorsorge”) and the conept of the 30-minutes region.
